I am a clinical nutritionist (BHSc Nutritional Medicine) and a registered practitioner with the Australian Natural Therapies Association (ANTA) and the Nutrition Society of Australia (NSA).
I am passionate about supporting my clients on their journey to optimal health through nutrition and lifestyle for ongoing, long-term benefits.
I choose to tailor my approach and treatment to each client – no two people are the same and my goal is to provide practical treatment that will be the most effective for you as an individual.
First and foremost, I believe that food is the most powerful tool we have when it comes to our health. Through my own health struggles I have experienced first-hand how impactful correct nutrition and addressing the root cause can be. I know how it feels to suffer from unexplained symptoms but not knowing where to start looking for answers. I aim to identify the root cause of health issues with a direct, honest and nurturing approach. My goal is to educate and empower my clients to take control of their health – with more self-love and self-respect and less deprivation!
I use a combination of evidence-based nutritional protocols, nutraceutical supplementation, lifestyle modification and functional testing to treat a wide range of health issues and address any underlying causes for long-term and sustainable wellness.
I especially love to help people find ways to adapt their diet to their specific nutritional requirements – taking into account allergies, intolerances, personal tastes and lifestyle – to enable healing and eliminate symptoms. I recently completed a FODMAP protocol training through Monash University to better enable me to provide effective treatment for IBS sufferers.

Utilising nutritional protocols in this way can also help to identify food sensitivities and intolerances, resolve digestive complaints and manage complex health issues long term.
I have a broad range of interests
A special interest of mine is fertility, preconception, pregnancy and post-partum care.
Having personally struggled with infertility, I understand the frustration and emotional impact it can have.
By providing support and optimising nutritional intake, whilst addressing any underlying conditions, I can support and nourish you through conception, pregnancy, birth and post-partum.
I can also support children through allergies, stages of fussy eating, and healthy growth and development.
What I like doing outside of work
When I’m not consulting, you can usually find me in the kitchen testing recipes on my family (toddlers are the most honest critics!).
I love cooking, and try to create recipes that are not only delicious but also healing and nourishing – finding healthy versions of classic favourites I take as a personal challenge.
Getting outside and getting active is something I try to do regularly, through Pilates, walking and family beach days.
I believe that social connection is such an integral part of good health so making time for friends and family is a priority for me.
